The hotel is wonderfully clean and stunningly beautiful. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms offer a romantic atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and the location is peaceful, situated close to Arenal Volcano National Park and Arenal Observatory Lodge, as well as various restaurants and shops.

travelled with my family, spent 3 nights here and had a really really nice stay. loved my perfect room with balcony and the staff were amiable and excellent. the location was convenient and excellent, just off arenal national park and hot springs, multiple restaurants and a very good pub and next door to a shopping mall i wanted to see.

My stay at Hotel Sierra Arenal was fantastic! The hotel offered lovely breakfasts with a choice of traditional Costa Rican dishes or continental options, along with delicious toast and a variety of marmalades. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I enjoyed the restaurant, which served great meals! The hotel’s location is marvelous, conveniently situated near restaurants and pubs, and it’s only about a 30-minute drive from the airport. Everything about my experience was simply great!

Well priced and incredibly beautiful hotel with free parking and MARVELLOUS location right on the outskirts of the main road in La Fortuna. Location just off bars and restaurants, the post office and bus terminal.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is excellent, and the room is air conditioned. Coffee, toast, cereals, pancakes and fruit for breakfast are a plus.
